GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

• 10 L stainless steel tank,double jacket.
• Upper lid, electro-polished stainless steel 304,vapor injection for sterilization, cleaning hole,
  one exhaust gas equipped with a rupture disk, 3 quick fitting connections for: reagent, compressed air and substrate injection.
• Stirring with variator and display of fluid level, Electro polished shaft equipped with two stainless steel 304
  Rushton turbine. Anti foam system on surface, 4 removable baffles.
• Compressed air circuit,Stainless steel filter, sterilizable by vapor injection. Sparger for air introduction in the medium
• Vapor circuit
  General isolating valve, relief valve for low pressure, general
  feeding solenoid valve, pressure gauge, and controlling vapor
  valve. Three ways valve to select either fermentation, or sterilization.Vapor circuitry for the sterilization, three way valve.
• Cold water circuit
• Vapor/ Water mixer.

Instrumentation

• Pt 100 Ω temperature probe.
• Pt 100 Ω temperature probe. double measurement.
• One O2 electrode (sterilizable in situ).
• One pH electrode (sterilizable in situ).
• One Bourdon pressure gauge and oil bath.
• Float flow meter PCV 2.
• Float flow meter Glass.
