Extractor filter project with internal ATEX area

The France cosmetic area has been trusted in us for design, manufacturing and commissioning of the Extractor filter that allows to optimize the developed products before starting production

The pilot is composed of:

• Hastelloy reactor (thermal insulation), with slide system that allows to reactor extraction for easy to disassemble and maintenance operations.
• Tilting system
• Smoothed system.
• Removable filter basket.
• Cover equipped with powder introductory system.

The internal equipment (in contact with the fluids) complies with the 2014/34/UE (ATEX) directive.
