The Kilolab rectors range expands with a new 30L reactor compatible with pharmaceutical area.

The Pilot is designed with different materials adapted a pharmaceutical process: glass, Hastelloy parts, PFA coating, téflon elements, so that the process not’s in direct contact with metal parts (ex. stainless steel).

Double stirring allows to homogeneity in all reactor mass.

The manual lifting system facilitates the cleaning operation and stirring blades replacing (if need)

The pilot is controlled by a supervision application, touch screen color’s, it allows adjusting parameters and data acquisition.
