Liquid-Liquid extraction process

The liquid-liquid extraction unit is a continuous process to extract the acids to purify content in the aqueous phase by a solvent. The interface is regulated in the lower decanter, the heavy phase is the dispersed phase.

Acids are extracted from the heavy phase and retrieved in the solvent.

The pilot includes a main general electrical cabinet and a box junction containing modules input/output deportees for each unit.
