Use with ripe fruits or pre-processed (cutting, refining)

 

The fruits are placed in filter cloths laid on wooden trays. Trays are loaded on top of each other between

the upper and lower plates. The manual lever jack operates the press and fruits are squeezed between
the trays and the plates
